Privacy policy issues

So, on my website (PII Removed by Staff) I have been having privacy error issues and the error message says attackers can take people's info, how do I correct because ever since I created this website via my email address I haven't logged on to edit anything, is there anyone that can assist to help me log onto it. Thirdly, it's a homepage for my App called Zero fur, fourthly Where can I download an app that has been released/rolled out but is not on google play store as a developer.
