Is there an API or SDK, etc. for Looker view and model creation outside the Looker web UI?

For our project, we need a way to automatically create view and model files of Looker without the Looker web UI. 

FYI, we are only focusing on creating a view and model for the data from Google Chronicle.

I had checked it on the Looker docs, but I was unable to find any API for creating Views or Model files through API.

So, is there any API or Software Development Kit (SDK) or anything else, that enables the creation of views and models within Looker, eliminating the need for using the Looker Web User Interface (UI). This inquiry seeks to identify alternative development approaches for Looker data modelling and visualization.
