How to manage tables with a large number of columns

Dear experts,

I started using Looker few months ago and I need to migrate some BIs from Qlik to Looker. At the end of our BIs, we offer the user a table with information to export, with many columns (>15) and we limit the rows to show.

I have already created a table with about 15 fields but it keeps loading, it never loads all the information even if we limit it to 1 row.

What is the best way to offer the user the possibility to export data from a explore with large amount of columns and rows?
