How to make queries in embedded Looker reports in Google Sites?

I have this issue: I'm creating a Google Site, and I want to embed Looker reports. I've managed to embed these reports, but the next step is to filter the information of these reports by using some parameters (like the email address of the person logging in the site or their customer id). In other words, I want to use these parameters to make a query, so the Looker report only shows information related to the user logging in the site. So the question is, is there any way to make this query using APIs or any other resource? I haven't found anything to solve this.
