New website integration with WordPress and GCP

Hello. 

Here is where I am at, very new to this...I have created a website on WordPress using my local machine. I have a dashboard on GCP and I'm stuck. I want to launch WP in GCP so that I can transfer the files over to use GCP as my hosting tool for my website. There is so much documentation about everything, also uneasy when it comes to security on my website. Any direction is greatly appreciated.
