Accessing GCR repo from outside of the project

Hi,

Trying to access GCR repo from outside of the own project where it is being hosted. 

Things tried: Granted Viewer permission in GCS bucket to compute default service account to destination project as specified here (It worked fine when i tried this last time, not sure why the access is being denied). Also tried to create to custom service account and give the same permissions, that too didn't work. 

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Which tool are you using trying to connect to your GCR outside your project? Take a look at this document, maybe you need to use a tool as gcrane.
