Looker Studio Scheduled Email Deliveries Delayed

We are using Google Looker Studio to render some enterprise analytics reports for our stakeholders. We utilise the schedule delivery feature to send email notifications to the report users that the reports are refreshed with data and are ready for viewing.

We have been experiencing email delays where if a schedule is set to trigger emails at 2:00pm on any given day, the emails are only received in the user mailboxes by 2:20 pm, 2:30 pm or in some rare cases by 3:00 pm also. Can I check if someone else has also experienced this and if there is a way to get this addressed?

We are using Google Suite & GCP as an environment.

We tried to get help from the support team, but were informed that since this is the free version of Looker studio we don't get dedicated support for it and may have to rely on the community support channels only.
