How do I get access to Looker?

Hi,

There's a section for Looker in Google Cloud Console, but I can't understand how to start using it. I've sent a request for a trial a week ago, but hasn't received anything in return, not even a confirmation that my request is registered. Are there any other ways of getting in?

Besides, I can't understand if it's a paid feature or a free one, and what's the pricing basis in case it's paid. Looks like (according to docs) it can be a solution for our team, but we just cannot neither start using  it, nor understand how much it could cost. Extremely frustrating.

There is a paid version of Looker which is Looker Studio Pro. With Looker Studio Pro, you get access to all the features of Looker Studio, plus enhanced enterprise capabilities and technical support.

Hi Aris,

Thank you for the links. I believe I have visited all of them over the last several days. And I also filled in both forms: for trial and for demo, the first one three times starting with last Thursday or Friday and until today. But got no answer from anyone.

It looks (from evertything I have read) like we don't need Looker Studio Pro, but we need access to Looker in Cloud Console (which is not Pro, if I understood correctly, but somehow doesn't let everybody in without at least a free trial).

We basically need to connect Clickhouse to Looker and there's no connector in Looker Studio. At the same time in the documentaion it says that there's an option to connect to Looker (says nothing about Pro): https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/db-config-clickhouse, so we wanted to try it out to understand if it works for us. Now we're struggling for a couple of weeks to get in and understand if this type of connection is paid or not, and if yes - what's the base for the price calculation.

Hey @Roderick, those are all the logical paths for sure! I do know it takes a couple days for someone to get assigned, but I can check internally who the best POC is.
