Preference Options is redundant: Preferences or Options, not both. That this title occurs under Preferences is silly.
Time zone is seemingly not honored, as absolute time stamps displayed elsewhere in the site are Pacific time.
What is Ignore HTML for? It should have help text.
Why are these options a here rather than in General?
