Is it advisable to use my organisation's Google Workspace email or my personal gmail?

My display pictures is not showing here in the community, I guess it's because I am using my organisation's Google Workspace email. I prefer to have my face on my display pictures. Is there something I can do? IT is okay to use my orga9workspace email or do I use my personal gmail account? 

My organisation's Google Workspace email is my person IT businesses offering IT support  in Nigeria.

Many of us use our work accounts that do have pictures associated. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/35529 Otherwise personal account is ok too.

@AndrewB Hi, mine is my Google Workspace admin email for my business. and when I try to change my displace picture I get a message that "You can't change the picture for this organization" something like that. I wonder if it's Google's decision to disable it?

As I mentioned above, this would be a question for Workspace Q&A, as the Community Team doesn't offer product support.
