I dont receive my certificate

Hello

I took my onsite exam on December 28, 2022.
And after about 20 days, I still hadn't received my certificate.

I already created an account at Accredible and etc, I filled out the entire profile and nothing...no response.

I already used the support through the link "https://support.google.com/cloud-certification/gethelp?dark=0" and nothing.. They answer me by closing my ticket without giving me a solution.

Please, I just need you to send me my certificate and badge to my email or to my Accredible account...

I need this urgently, I've been trying to prove to the company that I passed the certification for months.
