gcp sql instance got suspended

Hi all,

My gcp sql instance got suspended because of billing problem. Now I reactivated my billing account of the project. How long does it takes to recover my sql instance? I currently have no priority on contacting gcp support and if it doesn't recover, who should I contact for? I really need your help!

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Some GCP services might be suspended when payment options have been declined. You can follow this guide in resolving declined payments.

After following these steps you may need to restart your services. You may check this documentation on restarting Google Cloud Services.

If the steps above would not work, it would be the best to contact our Cloud Billing Support.

Hi,

Our projects got suspended in a similar fashion However, after submitting a P2 support case, still no reply after 5 hours. Our business is dependent on the instances. Any way to contact someone from the Trust and Safety team on this? Thanks...
