Unable to create GCP account

Hello everyone. So when I try to create my free trial CGP account I encounter this error [OR-CBAT-15]. Any response would be highly appreciated.

OR-CBAT-15 error while paying for Firebase. How to fix it:

  4. Disable extensions: Deactivate any payment-related browser extensions.
