GCP certificate not received

I have cleared my GCP exam 1st April I have not received the certificate yet. I have received the badge and I can view it Credly but I have not received the certificate mail How to get the certificate?

Welcome on the Google Cloud Community. If you didn't received your certification, please submit a ticket[1] to Google Certification Team. They will be able to answer and hopefully resolve your concerns.

2. Pick exam related with your concerns
3. Describe an issue

Credly is for digital badges. You can find your issued certificates on https://www.accredible.com/ (credential.net).
