Cannot make a folder in google cloud free tier

I am the single owner of the Google Cloud account. and I am trying to create a folder to make a sub-project inside it. 

This is the problem:

So, my question is weather can we make a folder during free trial

Please tell me.

Yes, you can create a folder. Based on the permission error you posted, you need 'resourcemanager.folders.create' permission. You need to add 'roles/assuredworkloads.admin' or 'roles/assuredworkloads.editor' on the IAM page to grant access to your account. See Assured Workloads role
