GCP platform-level reliability guidance

Hello,

We often get requests from customers for architectural guidance around designing reliable infrastructure for workloads in GCP. To meet that demand, late last year, Google published the Google Cloud infrastructure reliability guide, and we're working actively to enhance this guide. For example, last month we added guidance around the concept of aggregate availability of an infrastructure stack in Google Cloud.
