problem displaying form fields in desktop mode

Guys, I have the following problem: My app is ready and running normally on my cell phone and tablet. However, when running in "desktop" mode, my form field disappears and I haven't found any reason why. Is there some kind of system setting that needs to be changed?
Can anyone help me in this situation?
