VIRTUAL COLUMN OF TYPE LIST not allowing me to add or edit the records of referenced table

Here are a few of the tables I have

I have a virtual column named "dummy" in all the table that has the following formula

REF_ROWS("Buildings", "Form ID")

and is referenced to a slice of the Buildings Table

The Buildings table has a Form ID column, but it is not a reference to a table because the Form ID might be from the Automobile table, Distilleries table, Hospital table or any of the other tables I have created.

In the view I am able to look at the list of entries in the Buildings table but I am not able edit it

I tried back referencing the Form ID from Buildings to one of the tables and looked into that table form wondering if that will allow me to edit the details but that still doesn't

I created a new dummy table to test it out and this is how it looks

The Company ID is the same as the ID of the rows where list entries are to be made. even in this case, I am able to see the entries if they exist, if no entries exist, I don't even see the question in the form. And I do not have the add or the edit button to add new entries or edit the existing entries

These virtual columns are automatically created reverse-references to show entries in another table referencing this one. If you'd like to be able to add more reverse-references in the referenced table, you should go to the Ref column in the referencing table and turn on the "Is Part of" option.
