How can we implement row level security in appsheet?

I have 3 records in my DB as follows:

1 department A data 1,
2 department A data 2,
3 Section B Data 1

I want to control so that when user A accesses, 'department A data 1' and 'department A data 2' are viewed, and when user B accesses, only 'department B data 1' can be viewed.
