Document Parsing

Hello guys!

I follow the instructions on the documentation for the extracting data from files, created the data point without any apparent issue, but the table does not populate.

I tried going to the Monitor to see the Parsed Docs but there's nothing there.

What am I doing wrong here?

Check the "Audit history -> Log analyzer" section, you will be able to check backend details for all syncs

I've checked the log before. It's not a sync issue. They are all listed as success, but when looking to the automation monitoring, still no entries for Doc Parsing, as if there were no files in the ref folder.

Problem solved.

If you have mixed file formats, the app won't tell what's wrong and won't do anything either.
