Can you use Apps made with higher licenses on a starter account?

Hi, I was just curious about this, specifically the limitations one might face,

We have applications built on a Core license of higher, I am curious if users on starter can use those same apps for rather simple tasks such as data entry and so on, I am not able to get licenses right now to test this out so if someone has past experience with this that would be a great bit of knowledge going forwards 🙂

The app owner is charged. Not the app user. So, short answer is yes you can. 

You may want to consider using separate apps and app owners, regarding your needs in the app features 🙂
