Automatically change status

Hi everybody,
I have 1 question to ask everyone
Now I have 1 table like below. How do I make the From column to be today's date, the Status will be OFF and if not today, it will be ON.
I want it to automatically perform the Status action.

You can use "Auto compute"  in which you can set the status using the value of "From" column.

Am I going to fill in the App formula with 1 if line?

but I have to save status change, I want it to automatically update it when the date is Active date. Is there a way to do this ?

way 1: you can create an action and tag it upon form filling.

way 2: As mentioned above you can have "auto compute" based on date column
