I'm currently exploring the Appsheet OCR feature, and I have an issue with my testing app. When I'm in the editor's view, the OCR feature is working smoothly; it can capture the data from the uploaded image file. However, when I test it in the browser view or Desktop view, the OCR cannot capture the data from the image file.
May I know what I need to check on the settings or permission?
Fyi the file format I use is jpeg
