User admin function UI is terrible

The UI for the admin page for users is garbage. Why can't the UI be similar to Tableau which allows me to:

1. See the last login date on the user page

2. Have checkboxes next to usernames allowing mass updates, deletes, or disables.

3. Not automatically delete all content created by someone if I remove them as a user.

Not having this type of UI makes managing an instance of several hundred users a nightmare because I have to go through and change each account one at a time. Also, why would the default be to delete all content created by someone if I delete their account? This terrible UI takes me hours to make changes to our instance in Looker where it would take me 30 minutes in Tableau.
