Typical Table Diagram have no popup text on hover like on pivot table

Hello google peple!
It often happens that the data in a cell of a typical table does not fit into the cell size. Pop-up text is provided to display the full value of a cell in tables. But today Typical Table Diagram have no popup text on hover. This function preserved on pivot table but not on Typical Table today. Is it bug or new feature? We need this function! I think everyone needs this. Correct me if I'm wrong or tell me how to fix it.
