Tryign to enable Alternate Login Option

I have a looker instance using Oauth Google for our internal team, and I would to give access to external users using the  Alternate Login Option. I am trying to follow this tutorial, (https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/best-practices/how-to-alternate-login-option) but on navigating to Authentication / Google, ( as picture below ), I just see these options . I didnt find: 

  1. Enable the Alternate login for admins and specified users switch in the Migration Options section.
