Looker log levels bugged

There seems to be an issue with log levels not acting like documentation claims.
Quoting the server log documentation

"The Default drop-down sets the default severity level for all Looker services. All services set to default will use the severity level in the Default dropdown. The default severity level for the Default drop-down is info.
You can also set severity levels individually..."

This does not work, the default value overrides any other set value.
I have shared two screenshots, note that in both cases none of the services use default as the value.
In the first case no service should be logging at info level, but all logs coming in are info logs.

In the second case http and db are set to info but no info logs are registered. (the existing info logs are old, as you can see if you compare the timestamps in the first screenshot.)=Screenshot 2023-12-14 at 15.24.39.png
This causes issues for us since we can't log everything at info level due to the size of the log files that would create.

@mmachl have you tried ask support or open Google Case about that?
