When administering roles you can see how many members each role has.
When I want to edit a role I expect to see the members of the role, but instead I need to scroll through ALL groups and users (in our case over 10000) and note who has a checkmark next to their name.
This make managing members of roles EXTREMELY unproductive and the behavior does not match other administration tools like Active Directory.
