Looker Studio Pro Subscription Issue

Hi,

I have a use case where I want my Looker dashboard to get auto refreshed every 5 mins. I am trying to upgrade to Looker studio pro for this but I am getting an error both from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Looker Studio. If I try to subscriber to Looker Studio  Pro on GCP, I get a subscription failed error without any additional details. Similarly when I try to upgrade to Looker Studio Pro on Looker, I get an error that my Google Cloud Projects is not valid or I dont have permission - I am entering correct project name and I am the owner there.
