Issue with looker deployment using same tag name

Hey everyone,

I recently encountered a bug while using a webhook to deploy code to Looker via Github tags. I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else runs into a similar issue.

The problem occurred when I tried to delete an existing tag and assign the same tag to a newer commit. After doing this, Looker did not pick up the latest commit ID and continued to point to the initial commit onto which the tag was created.
