Is there a way to have newly created users' folders be private by default?

Hi all,
Is there a setting or way to make it so that when a new user’s account is activated in Looker, that their personal space / folder is private and cannot be viewed by other users?

We have been doing this manually for security reasons just in case users create dashboards in their own space and don’t realize other users can see these dashboards.
