How to find dashboards and reports in Looker for a new stakeholder?

How to find the Dashboards and Reports - if a new user comes to looker and he tries to search for a particular dashboard or look - which is the easiest method? We have like 7 main folder categories - with that some 300 dashboards inside. So when a new stakeholder comes inside the looker - how can he easily navigate through the dashboard he needs. Tried with scheduled deliveries - but it is not a great help. Giving a path will also not a be good idea. Please suggest a easy way.
