Email Distribution based on repname and email address

Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to schedule report deliveries to all unique emails / reps.  The goal would to have a report with all reps weekly performance. Then I want to filter and schedule that look to be sent to each individual rep.  Is this possible within looker?

Could this be a Look that includes all reps, and then each rep could filter the Look to themselves?

Ideally we would want it only send data pertaining to each rep specifically.  At the moment we are using a pyreport to achieve this but I was hoping looker could replace it.

Lookers user attribute feature should help recognize the sales rep and send them only their data.
