Created date in query performance metrics

Hi,

Question about the out-of-the-box query performance metrics explore in Looker.

I can see from online documentation that events in the history view within this explore are removed after 90 days (seven if they are scheduled). However, not being able to access the underlying LookML for this explore, I'm not 100% sure how this interacts (if at all) with the created date field in the query view of the explore?

From playing around with visualisations, I am pretty sure that data is also being truncated/removed from here too. For example, I checked the number of queries in a given week in June a couple of weeks back, the number reported was higher than when I looked at the same week today. Is this because data is being removed from the history view? Is there some other process going on, with different rules? Any advice appreciated.
