Can't find known-hosts file on customer-hosted Looker instance

I have been trying to troubleshoot an issue with our SFTP deliveries according to the above support article, but I am unable to find a .ssh directory or known-hosts file on our Looker VM.

Is it possible that Looker uses a different file name or stores known-hosts fingerprints somewhere else?
