Python SDK fails to deploy BQML based Model Registry models to Vertex AI Endpoints

There seems to be no way to deploy BQML to Endpoints via the Python SDK. 
Via the console seems to work, but this error is a major issue for delivering on the promise of BQML as a viable ML offering.
