From HuggingFace, I deploy PhoGPT-4B-Chat to GCP

After the deployment, prediction testing works fine but I see that the export option is grayed out on the model details page (Going from Model Registry -> Click on a model to see the model details page)
My plan is to do some training on top of PhoGPT-4B-Chat using Vertex AI resources then later on export the model back out but I won't be able to do it if the export option is grayed out
The pre-trained model is open-source under Apache 2.0 License
What am I doing wrong or how can I work around this issue to achieve my objective?
