How Do I Use The Transforms Field?

As you may know, Document AI tries to autocorrect skew and rotation and provide that data in the transforms field. Unfortunately, the documentation isn't very clear on how to use this field. Does anyone have any luck with it?

I've tried multiple approaches using NumPy, but every time, the reversal is imperfect. I've had a support request open for over a month and haven't received any meaningful guidance there.
