Value format not working

I have been trying to apply value format to my Looks but they are not working as I expected.

In this picture the dimension used is in date_year type, but I’ve tried using the time type also and different formats

I have the impression they were working fine just a few weeks ago

I’ve found that this is a bug in our instance as well, and found that a possible workaround is switching the scale type to 'ordinal'.
