Timezone Conversion Seems to be Backwards (redshift)

We have a Redshift database set to UTC. When we run a report localized to something like American/Chicago, it seems like Looker is putting the timezones backwards.

Here is an example copied out of the SQL.

CONVERT_TIMEZONE('America/Chicago', 'UTC', TIMESTAMP '2021-07-01')

The convert_timezone function is supposed to be  CONVERT_TIMEZONE(source, target, timestamp). It seems like looker is putting target, source, timestamp.

Is this a configuration issue I’m missing or something?
