Seconds that I need to convert to minutes and seconds

Hello, my first post so apologies in advance if I am in the wrong area.

I have a table that has a field called Average duration of call. This field is in seconds. When I divide the field by 60 (to convert to minutes) the order of my table does not work. It appears to be a string. Whenever I try a calculation to change the format it get expression not complete etc.

One of the rows is 149 and hoping to convert it to 2.28.
