Reference Line on Bar Chart - Specific Value (won't display)

I’m having issues getting a visualization using a bar chart to show a custom value for a reference line.

Context: My bar chart is showing ‘%’ values (instead of absolute #s). I want to show a reference line for a specific value - in this case 100% (then actual % bars will hit above or below this line).

I’ve reviewed the documentation for setting a reference line on a bar chart here: https://docs.looker.com/exploring-data/visualizing-query-results/bar-options#add_reference_line

I tried adding a reference line and setting as Custom and then entering 100% in the field below. When I do this, the reference line disappears (it doesn’t display across the bar chart).
