Querying on Looker internal DB

We are looking for a way to query on Looker internal DB (metadata which maintains history of Looks and dashboards) and use that as one of the condition while fetching data from our Explores.

For e.g. fetch data from our org explores when timestamp > last successful alert sent date. Over here we would like to use “last successful alert sent date” which Looker maintains as part of Looker scheduled plan metadata.
