How do i split each column with comma separated values into multiple rows in looker explore

In my visualization in looker dashboard tile explore, i have one column, some with empty values and others with comma separated string as seen in attached screen shot. My question here is:

1. is it possible to use custom filed(table calculation etc) to remove empty/null rows first and
2. Split the comma sepreated string in each cell (based on comma delimiter) and create a new rows out of it.  For eg, if the cell has “Add Card,Verify Account”, then two rows one with “Add Card” and other with “Verify Account” need to be created. Likewise, for all the rows/cells in the picture below.
