Hi,

I would like to  created mathematical operations grouping by country.

For example, in this case, the average occupancy per country(there is more countries who doesn't appear).

Can you use PIVOT on any of the fields, eiterh countries or pickup month? Or do you have too many categories in one or the other?

If you can’t use PIVOT then you’d have to create a measure with window function it. There are workarounds that may work via Table Calculations, worth looking at this topic:

Hi Dawid,

I can PIVOT the pickup month (only 12 values). What then?

I haven't found on the table calculation option an average formula (only rank_avg).

If you pivot by pickup month, then if you create a measure type: average in our lookml, that average will be automatically calculated per your dimension + pivot

Assuming I don't have access to create measure types, any other solutions?

Table calculations have mean() function
