Extracting multiple strings from one dimension

This may be a stupid question, but I’m still quite new to looker studio so I’m not sure what the limitations are yet.

I have a dimension ‘AdSet Targeting’ that contains multiple strings I’d like to separate into new fields. For example:

{"age_max":65,"age_min":18,"custom_audiences":[{"id":"23845287482200760","name":"TVS Facebook"},{"id":"23845287486160760","name":"TVS Instagram"},{"id":"23848994743850760","name":"Lookalike (1%) - TVS Facebook"},{"id":"23848994744510760","name":"Lookalike (1%) - TVS Instagram"}],"geo_locations":{"countries":["US"],"location_types":["home"]},"targeting_optimization":"none","publisher_platforms":["facebook","instagram"]}

I’d essentially like to have each audience name listed under a custom audiences field. Is this possible with regular expressions or is it too complicated?

Thank you for your patience!
