Duplicate Downloads

I have an issue where I have three columns which break down as follows: 

Account name, Group name, practice name. 

Practice names can duplicate the applied revenue and appear in multiple group names. Looker online removes these duplicates automatically so when I pull a report by account name the total is correct. However, when I download the data the duplicates are present and therefore, the total revenue is inflated. Is there a way to download the data the same as Looker presents it online?
