Non embedded looker SSO

Hi all,

We need to implement SSO based solution that isn’t embedded in its host application.

Application A hosts an image that links to application B (e.g. Looker). 

Clicking on the image activates the SSO method, that triggers user validation and permission against a relevant repository.

Once validated, application B opens in a separate window.

Is this type of a solution supported in Looker?

If so, i would like to know where can i find relevant documentation.
