Where can I find the filters and the associated filter values in the console for custom visualization

I’ve checked each of these elements; they only display the measures/dimensions that are selected.

I have a type: parameter in the filters section set to a value. I have created a button that should trigger a change in this value. However I would need to know the current selected filter value, and I can’t find it in the console.
