Version 21.20 new dashboard renderings for clients with CNAME records

I’m troubleshooting and issue with my company’s reporting dashboards. This issue is caused by the Looker update (to v21.20) that happened last night. When following the url guidelines described in Looker documentation, we can not get our reports to render as ‘dashboards-legacy’. It appears to be a DNS issue with our CNAME record. 

The url change, with our domain name, does not effectively render the report as ‘dashboard-legacy’. With our Looker domain name, it works as intended. 

Has anyone run in to this issue yet? This is a production issue and needs to be addressed quickly. Thanks all.
